Ally Sprague

Ally arrived at coaching through operating—she's spent the majority of her career shaping early-stage tech companies in product leadership roles. Through building her own teams, Ally discovered that what she loved more than anything were 1:1s with folks on the team. She craved those moments where she could support someone in overcoming a hurdle in a way they were proud of. Those moments led Ally to coaching.

She's certified by the Co-active Training Institute and has conducted hundreds of hours of coaching. Coaching is not about gurus or advice, it’s about powerful listening and courageous exploration together with a human you deeply trust.
