I landed my first $20k project last week!!! As many of you have probably experienced, since going the freelance route, I've been mentally conflicted with my decision. Did I make a mistake? Should I just go back to full time? Is my experience actually valuable? This was incredible validation that has given me confidence to continue the consulting pursuit 🚀🚀🚀

Just signed a 3 month contract for 20 hours a week with a healthcare company! I gave them a rate that was pretty high thinking they would bargain down, but they didn't negotiate at all. Thanks @Bradley Jacobs for the bootcamp session on fighting for your rate!

I just concluded my first paid client contract as a consultant!
Big takeaways:
-I had a lot to provide them as far as biz dev and new project/revenue stream analysis
-I took diligent notes throughout the 2 1/2 months in a living document I shared with the CEO that ended up being 53 pages
-I connected them with a strong group of people to help them move forward on new initiatives
-I think I crushed it!
